Payments
All payments are taken securely at the time of ordering. This allows us to begin preparing your handmade Botanicals by Bev goodies straight away. We accept all major payment methods offered through our checkout.
Shipping
We ship using Royal Mail services, and postage is calculated according to current Post Office prices. Your order will be carefully packaged to protect your soaps and eco‑friendly materials on their journey to you. You’ll receive a confirmation once your parcel is on its way.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of handmade bath and body products, we’re unable to accept returns. However — your happiness matters. If anything isn’t right, please contact us and we’ll make it right with a replacement or a refund. No fuss, no stress, just kindness.
